Kaven I would rate as one of the best managers I have reported into in all my career. He gave me room to grow but guided me very well. His a peoples person with great leadership qualities. Very strategically minded and always thinking outside the box for new solutions and ideas. I really felt part of a team working with him and I can honestly say Kaven always had my interests at heart.
